Prices

All prices are per apartment per day for 2 people. Included are accommodation, bed linen, heating, gas, electricity, and all taxes and fees except the local tourist tax and the final cleaning fee. The amount of the tourist tax is based on the municipal regulations in force at the time of your stay (€2.00 per person per day from 14 years).

Prices on request for a minimum stay of 2 days.

Children

• Children up to 7 years: free
• Children from 8 to 13 years: €15.00 per day
• Teenagers from 14 years: €25.00 per day

South Tyrol Guest Pass

A special service included: our guests receive the South Tyrol Guest Pass, which allows free use of all public transport in South Tyrol. Public transport includes buses and regional trains as well as the Mendola funicular, the Renon cable car, and the Renon narrow-gauge railway.

You may pay in cash on site or by bank transfer prior to arrival.

Arrival and departure

On the day of arrival, the apartments are ready from 4 p.m. On the day of departure, we kindly ask that you vacate the apartments by 10 a.m.

Booking

Please note: the booking becomes binding upon receipt of a deposit and the booking confirmation. The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation. The following cancellation conditions also apply:

Cancellation policy

According to Art. 1382 CC, there is no right of withdrawal under the Italian Consumer Protection Code. However, we grant a withdrawal right under the following conditions:
Up to 14 days before arrival, the reservation may be cancelled without a cancellation fee. The deposit will be retained.

Please inform us in good time if you are unable to begin your holiday.

Travel cancellation insurance

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance when booking your stay. This covers cancellation fees and allows you to look forward to your holiday without worries.
